Shipping & Returns
After placing your order, an order confirmation will be emailed to you once the item’s availability has been confirmed. All order confirmations will be processed during ooyoo beauty’s office hours (Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST). Any emails/orders received outside of these hours will be answered by 11 a.m. the next business day.
ooyoo beauty processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays. Orders received on weekdays after 5:00 p.m. EST, on weekends or Canadian statutory holidays will be processed on the next business day.
We do our best to fulfill every order we receive. In the event that the item is out of stock, our team will contact you directly by email. We will remove said item from your order and you will not be charged for that item.
Timing of Delivery
Once your order has been confirmed, please allow 2 business days to process your order and up to 7 days for delivery via Canada Post. If you would like to expedite your package, please email email@example.com for rates and details.
At ooyoo beauty we value our customers tremendously. We are committed to doing our very best to make sure your order arrives in perfect condition and on time, however ooyoo beauty cannot be held responsible for unforeseen circumstances beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions etc. that may result in a delay of arrival for your order.
All orders will have an email confirmation with a Canada Post tracking number.
Shipping within Canada is at a flat rate of $7. Shipping is free on all orders over $40.
At this time ooyoo beauty ships within Canada only. If you would like to expedite your package, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for rates.
We are sorry, but due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final.
